It's item #2192620419 This link might get you to the right page: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2192620419&ssPageName=ADM E:B:SS:US:1 Here's a description of the items: Today we have a neat old set of medals presented to Lieutenant William Holden ,Portville NY. There is a silver cross engraved Lut. Holden 116 NY Co. G 19 A C.The second medal is a HAND MADE (NOT cast or stamped and shows great hand working) Gold (solid 10K possibly 14K gold, not plate or rolled / weighs 7.5 grams) medal with an eagle ,crossed cannons & swords with cannon balls and great detail, it is engraved on its back Post 85 GAR to Wm. Holden 1896.The 3rd medal must have been his wifes bronze 1883 Woman's Relief Corps Guard medal. Also included is a photocopy of the William Holden family bible marriage/birth/death records pages (sorry the actual bible was sold before i figured out i had the medals!!).I don't know the lieutenant's civil war service details, but with the info provided i'm sure they would be easy to research. Thought somebody out there might like to know. Michael P. Pierce e: [email protected]
