This is a setting the mail list moderator can make and it is fairly simple. I did it for the St. Lawrence mail list. I've come close to deleting some Oswego mail because there is no standard id for it. I don't know who the moderator is for Oswego but if he or she starts at rootsweb.com, then 'message boards' then 'board administrators' there are directions.
