    3. I've had good luck with the county clerks office but you have to know what county. They should be on line but they charge a small fee for copies. Not all of my ancestors became citizens.     3. Oswego Co. Record Dept has them on Rte 481. Justin White may help you find them. He's a pretty neat guy in that area..
