Otherwise anyone wanting to help would have to know this exact family personally or research every Frank family in the area. The oldest son mentioned, if 27 in 1955 was born about 1928 so should show up in the 1930 census as a 2 or 3 year old with his family. Many libraries have a subscription to HeritageQuest.com, you might find the census record that way from the library or research online from home with a valid library card. A search at fultonhistory.com, URL is http://www.fultonhistory.com/ might yield all sorts of newspaper items about the family but you didn't post the first name for anyone.
