    3. There's no question that we all miss Barbara Dix and the help she has given all of us who research in Oswego County and I applaud the award she was recently given. My question now is, What has become of the Historian's Office and the records? On one of my visits to Oswego, Barbara gave me a transcription that had been made of the Schuyler Worden Cemetery in Minetto. Schuyler Worden was my 3G-GF, so all the denizens of that cemetery are my family. I visited the cemetery, made my own transcription and found errors in the one on file at the Historian's Office. How, and to whom, can I submit the corrected transcription and/or other documentation I have? Judy Wright Ocala, Florida

    3. The Records Dept is still open from 9 till 1 though. (Shortened hours) with Justin at the helm. I might suggest you send him the corrected info along with the errors for him to check it out. Mr. Williams the County Clerk is looking for volunteers to work at the Records Dept. Speaking of that, anyone in the area or are going to be here, the OCGS is having our annual Christmas Party and research night there next Monday night Dec. 15th at 7. Public is welcome. There will be people to help with your research if needed.
