Hi: I am researching the Sargent/Sargeant, Rice and Hadley families of Sandy Creek and surrounding area. I have gotten quite a bit of information, but I am having trouble with this person. MONROE SARGENT married SARAH MEALUS ________?, I have that she was born about 1823 and died 30 Jun 1879 in Sandy Creek. I would like to have her birth date, place and the names of her parents. I am wondering if the name is not actually spelled as Mealus? I also have quite a few of the family listed as being buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Sandy Creek. But I have not been able to get a full listing of this cemetery or the others in Sandy Creek. I did check out the ones on the genweb site and Townstone project. Is there a listing of Woodlawn Cemetery and others around that I could purchase. If anyone needs help in this area with Sargents and others mentioned, especially Hadley [seem to have tons of them], please feel free to ask for the information you need.
