Well said. After just having been to Oswego County four weeks ago I found Barbara Dix to be an asset to the county, and a great ambassador for the area. Everyone should write to offer support for this woman. I wish all counties (mine included) had a county historian. If utilized like you have suggested they can indeed generate many more dollars than they cost.
