Most places I have researched charge a fee. NYSHA Library charges $9 per person unless you are a mamber of NYSHA. Philadelphia Historical Libray charged a fee pre day . as well as others. Would Oswego County be satisfied with an income in that way.? Don't lose Barbara Dix !!!!
