List, I have just received another email from Ted Jerritt, clerk of the Oswego County Board of Legislators informing me that he would be happy to read my letter to the Board re: Barbara and hoping it won't be too long. So, please keep your letters brief and to the point, focusing only on Barbara, her accomplishments on behalf of the county and what losing her will mean to them and to us. At this point, we don't want them to lose patience with us and not read the letters. Thanks again, Carol
