As a librarian, I can verify that most public libraries do offer this program for free. Also I am one of the ones that do not pay for Ancestry.com. It is not because I do not want to pay for it, but because I cannot pay for it. Not everyone has the type of job to make enough money to buy whatever they want. So please, do not put everyone who does not have Ancestry.com in the same category as not wanting to pay for the access. Peggy Y.
