Does anyone have information about where to access the Application forms for individuals who homesteaded in the 1890s. The applications have been archived to someplace in Washington DC ... these are different than the certificates/licenses which are more a real estate document. I need the Application itself as it reveals more personal information. Thank you. Karenfaye
