    2. Good morning Russ, The newspapers at _www.fultonhistory.com_ (http://www.fultonhistory.com) site is exactly where I found information of family members, that I have been searching years for! It is exciting to read the articles of local interest and even better when a long lost relative is found! Before researching this newspaper site, I did not know the first name of my Aunt Mabel (Phillips) Stillwell's husband, who she married abt 1903. From various news articles, I learned his name was Hal Stillwell of Syracuse. Still searching for mention of first name of their daughter, who married Arthur J. Tessier. Articles have placed them living in Scriba Corners, New Haven and Syracuse, NY areas. Would like to learn if they had other children other than Hal John Tessier born 1941. Have found no mention as yet of when or where Mabel (Phillips) Stillwell died. I would be grateful for any help from list members who may have info of the Stillwell or Tessier families mentioned. Thank you. Julia (Phillips) Lewis

    3. There is a Mr. Tessier that works for the Town of Clay, which is on Route 31. I'm guessing he may be in his 50's. The address of the Clay Town Hall is 4401 Route 31, Clay, NY 13041. If there are other Tessiers between Syracuse and Oswego, perhaps this gentleman is related to some of them. Margaret Scheffler
