    3. There is a nice site of searchable newspapers at www.fultonhistory.com. It's useful to read about their search techniques, (ex. boolean search). Tessier is an unusual name which generally is a good thing in genealogy. Tessier family of New Haven, Scriba, Syracuse, NY. area, 1920-1960's. Date: Fri, 14 Apr 2006 01:10:25 EDT Hello, I am hoping someone on this list may have info of Arthur J. Tessier and wife, first name unk (Stillwell) Tessier. His wife's parents names were Hal and Mabel (Phillips) Stillwell. At one time they lived in New Haven, Scriba Corners, Syracuse area 1920-1960's. Arthur J. Tessier and wife had a son born abt 1940, named Hal John Tessier. I am related to Mabel (Phillips) Stillwell, who was born 1880 in Jefferson Co., NY. I would like to make a connection with Hal John Tessier or his children for exchange of family history! If you have any info of these families, I would very much appreciate a reply. Thank you.
