Dianne- We know that our family were early German residents of North Salina St,Syracuse. Perhaps some of them are buried in that little cemetery. They were Gilcher/Loos and Disque and associated families. There is a website for them in Syracuse. Also, and I guess from what I have heard, it is an "of course" that down in the County border area between Tompkins and Seneca where things switched back and forth so much that even the people who lived there were confused, That we can't find our key ancestors who were James Carley d 1817 at a family picnic and Jared Treman, younger brother of Abner, died 1811-1818, probably at Willow Creek, and other Carleys.
