Hello all: I am new to the list and have found online in the 1870 census in Oswego a family with the names in the subject line. On the census it states that John Liveringhouse/Severinghouse (age 36)is a Minister of the Gospel. Also listed with him are wife Mary - age 37, daughter Zalia, age 7,and daughter Vesta age 3..John Liveringhouse/Severinghouse gives his birthplace as Hanover, Germany so it is quite possible he was attached to a German speaking church. I would appreciate any clarification on the spelling of their last name and any help with this family. thank you - Ahlive
