It was sent out October 9th. It was also sent to Newspapers, TV stations, Libraries, Historical Societies, etc. It was in the Post Standard on September 10th. Flyers were sent out and given out all over Central NY. Why Oswego county Rootsweb didn't post it until now... no clue!
