Hi Cousin: When I do a place search under Family History Library Catalog, top box "Oswego", bottom box "New York", click search, select New York, Oswego, I get censuses from 1820 thru 1925 with some missing. Many censuses were not filmed due to poor quality or budget restrictions if they did not add a whole lot to those chosen.
