I've located what may well be "my" James Otis obituary as shown below: Oswego Newspaper Index - Penfield Library, SUNY Oswego Otis, James - died July 18, 1871 - Oswego Daily Palladium 7/18/1871 Pg4 Col 5 A quote from the index site says: "All indexed newspapers are available on microfilm in the Periodicals/Media area of Penfield Library or the Oswego School District Public Library. If you cannot use the microfilm at either of these sites, you can use interlibrary loan services at your own library <http://www.webpan.com/msauers/libdir/>." If some kind soul has nothing better to do with their time would they look at the library for this article and either copy it for me or send me a transcript?
