(Barbara is the former Oswego County Historian and is currently the Town of Schroeppel Historian.) Anyone with Sandy Creek or Lacona Area questions should contact Charlene. She will let you know if she has the resources or if she thinks you should look somewhere else. She has been actively trying to organize and make available all the resources that they have.
