Hi Joyce, The only other place would be in the Citizen Outlet. I will either go to their office in Central Square or go to the Library & look. I haven't renewed my subscription, so I missed a lot this winter. I'm sure I didn't get that issue. Its possible that she may have been listed in the Oswego Palladium Times, but that's so far away that I doubt it. (I did an online search but didn't find anything.) the other thing is I just emailed the Funeral Home to see where an obit was published. Figured that might be the most efficient way of doing it.
