Carol L. Sullivan April 22, 2006 Carol L. Sullivan, 66, of Bernhards Bay, died Saturday, April 22, 2006, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Syracuse. Born in Syracuse, she had lived in Bridgeport before moving to Bernhards Bay about 10 years ago. She had been a nurse's aide with Franciscan Health Support Services in Syracuse and was predeceased by her husband, Francis "Pat" Sullivan, and a son, Francis C. Sullivan, both in 1993. Surviving are two daughters, Debra Sullivan of Brewerton and Patricia Taskey of Mallory; a son, Patrick Sullivan of Cleveland; a sister, Patricia Nash of Clay; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 26, 2006, at Maple Flats Cemetery, Cleveland. There are no calling hours. Arrangements by WATSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., Central Square. Published in the Syracuse Post Standard on 4/24/2006. ------------------------------------------------------ This is all the Syracuse papers would have published. There is a possibility that the Oswego Counties Weeklies paper... The Citizen Outlet, might have a better obit. (I will try to look the next time i go to the Library.) The Syracuse papers are charging astronomical prices now for obits (the first 2 inches are free), so many obits that we see now are very short due to the cost. I am very sorry for your loss. Anne Ruggeri
Dear Anne, Thank you. I tired http://www.fultonhistory.com/Flash_ok.html and Oswego GenWeb but could not find recent obituaries for Oswego county. Please let me know if there is someplace else to check.
