Hi Linda, This is Dee Robinson, Reference Librarian at Swan Library, Albion, NY and Historian for the Town of Gaines, Orleans County, NY. I checked our Orleans County Genweb site and found that there was a Nathaniel Pool in our Town of Barre in 1830. On Ancestry.com I found a Nathaniel Pool, b. Vt. living in Green Lake, Marquette, Wisconsin with his wife Hannah who was b. in Ct. Perhaps these are the parents of Harrison, not definite proof but maybe a lead.
