Death date: Nov 1, 1858, Lynhaven Cemetery, Lyndonville, Rt 63, Orleans County, NY (have tombstone photo) He moved to Orleans County, to be w/ his only son Roswell Noble BURTON married to Olive FOOTE and his daughter Harriet BURTON who married Christopher BAKER. and his daughter Melissa married to Walter E. PARMELEE (also buried Lynhaven Cemetery) Have no information on his daughter Maria BURTON except that she was born 1828. Roswell W. BURTON married Huldah COLE b. 1793 in MASS (daughter of James COLE and Elsie HARKINS or HASKINS. Huldah, wife, also buried same cemetery. We have reason to believe that his father's name is also Roswell BURTON and Mary ??? possibly of Litchfield County, CT.
