    3. It's an article about an ad in the Daily Republican published Aug. 24, 1860. Ough's Furniture Rooms and Crockery store. It was on the east side of Main St across from the current First Niagara Bank. In the ad it mentions they will provide coffins and undertaking with a hearse and a large assortment of shrouds. Merrill Grinnell Funeral Home has been in business since 1914. Christopher Mitchell is two people who combined their services. Christopher was in business since 1940 and Mitchell since 1957. That's all I could find.
