Hi, Can anyone tell me whether there is a possible obit for Nathan Sherman who is buried in Shelby Cemetery. They say he died in Wayne Co but Wayne Co. wasn't formed until 1823. He may have lived in Stafford, Orleans Co or Sodus Bay but he died 5 June 1820. His wife Mercy (Madison) Sherman took the 7 younger children (including my gggrandma to Queensbury, NY to live with his mother who was also a widow.
