Town of Highlands Cemeteries--Eagle Valley Cemetery is a fairly recent extension of Peacedale Cemetery in the Village of Highland Falls. The Catholic Cemetery has been in the same area for many years, long before West Point acquired the land surrounding it, which had been a dairy farm until the early 40s. I have heard that there is or was a Jewish Cemetery there too. Further info on the cemeteries most welcome!
