    3. All, I have just been made aware by a thoughtfull member of this list (thanks Marilyn) that NY held a number of State Census over the years. I understand one of these State Census was held in 1925 maybe even 1935. Can anyone tell me if these are available either on or off line and how does one go about searching them? I would probably be looking at either the Highland Falls, Orange Co area or Marlborough City, Ulster Co area. As an afterthought, how does one go looking for Divorce Records in NY State. Are they held at County level or State level? Regards from over the Pond. Mike Greatorex Harrogate, England.     3. They are usually available in the county for which they were taken, either in archives or with the local Historical or Genealogical Society.
