    3. Hi Ann - We may have communicated b/f. I have just a tad of info on your Peter: 'Index of Marriages and Deaths in New York Weekly Museum: 1788-1817', pg. 731: 'Slote, Peter, Printer, mar. Saturday last, to Miss Ann Cook, both of this city (18 February 1797)' 'Slote, Peter, Printer, died after a short illness, age 50 (10 Feb. 1816).' Also something from the Sloat forum in Dec. 2001. That is all I know of him. Do not have any parentage or siblings for him. Do you? In that time period he could indeed be a brother of my Judith, but I have nothing to prove it. 3. Thanks for responding. That's how we find um. Ask, Ask, Ask. You have what I have. I haven't really worked on him though. Not my main line. His wife would have been an aunt of some sort. Sister to my 3rd great grandfather. On 5/12/07, Diane <[email protected]> wrote: > > > Hi Ann - We may have communicated b/f.
