    3. Hi Shelley, There is a lady who runs the Wheeler DNA project that I suppose might be able to help you. Also, my aunt married into a Wheeler family that lived in upstate New York. I think this Wheeler family is now based in the Southern Tier region where Binghamton is, not the Buffalo area. My aunt has been close to her sisters-in-law, so I will ask her a little bit about the family. It's nice of you to invest your time and money in this rescue.
