Hi Shelley, There is a lady who runs the Wheeler DNA project that I suppose might be able to help you. Also, my aunt married into a Wheeler family that lived in upstate New York. I think this Wheeler family is now based in the Southern Tier region where Binghamton is, not the Buffalo area.
