Researchers:   I seek information on this couple's son, Joshua Smith m. to Anna Tubbs:   George8, Joshua7, Wait6, Wait5, William4, Barnard3, William2, Thomas1, Smith, George was born 10 Sep 1736, Orange, NY, and died (unknown). George married Sarah Coleman, daughter of Joseph Coleman and (unknown). Sarah was born abt 1743, of Ulster, NY and died aft 1793 of Ulster, NY. Children of George Smith and Sarah Coleman are: i.    Hannah Smith, b. 24 Dec 1766, Goshen, Orange, NY, died aft 1837 of Damascus, Wayne,                                         PA, Married Mr. Bush bef 1837. ii.   George Smith, b. 10 Sep 1766 iii.  Nathan Smith, b. 21 Jun 1767, of NY iv.   Joshua Smith, b. 10 May 1769, of NY, Married Anna Tubbs abt. 1792, Benton, Ontario, NY Anna's sister, Roxanne, married into the William Willis Pearce and Mary Shepard family, marrying their son, Colville Pearce, in Hamilton Co., OH.  I never knew if Roxa just came west to marry Colville or arrived by some other means.  The Benton history suggests both of these women moved to the Cleveland area with their husbands.  Roxanna and Colville were not near Cleveland, they were near Cincinnati, then moved into Decatur and Shelby Cos., IN with his family.  I suspect, since others from the Lakes did the same, that Joshua Smith may have moved in this migration.  If anyone is working on this Smith family from Orange (earlier Ulster) Co., that moved to Benton as so many did, then west, I would appreciate any info you can share.
