I am looking for the parents of Louisa I or J Comfort, b. 6 Oct 1833 and d. 4 Feb 1914 in Bloomingburgh, then Sullivan County, New York.  I have her parents as being Benjamin Daniel Comfort 1795-1843 and Hannah Woodward 1794-1852and living in, Bloomingburgh, Montgomery and Wallkill, NY.  She married Jarvis N. Purdy in 1854, and moved to Wallkill.  She appears in the 1850 census for Montgomery, Orange Cty, NY and 1880 census for Wallkill, Orange Cty., NY and was buried in Bloomingburgh Sullivan, Cty., NY.  I need proof of her parentage to prove a connection between my 7th and 8th generation for the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).  My application is pending with three additonal evidences needed, this being one.  If anyone can help me I would be enternally grateful.  My email is pgh2008@verizon.net.
