    3. Anyone with an interest in Newburgh, old cemeteries, or an autumn outing: I saw in the 'Times-Herald Record', printed in Middletown, Orange, NY, that this coming Saturday (19 Sep 2009) from 9:30A to 3P there will re-enactors and other activities at Newburgh's 2 oldest cemerteries. Included as a re-enactor will be Newburgh Historian Mary McTamany. The event is free, though contributions will go towards graffiti removal from headstones and iron fence repair. The article, by Chris Farlekis, is on page 21, top of the fold, in today's paper.
