Hi, Pat - You don't need an appointment to enter the cemeteries, but may want to call ahead to make an if you want to speak with the cemetery managers. The Bloomingburg Rural Cemetery is actually on the Orange County side of the Sullivan County line (the Shawangunkill is the border at this point).
