    3. If inter-library loan doesn't work out, you can try the Allen County Public Library [Indiana]. Their genealogy department has nearly every genealogy publication known to humankind and they'll send you copies of articles at reasonably small rates. If you've ever heard of the PERSI (Periodical Source Index), this is them.
