Can't help with the Campbell info - but Ridgebury is south west of Middletown - not much more than a crossroads with a Presby Church of which my father was minister 1933 - 1936 - and my first home was the manse there. There is a sign from the main road (one of the many branches of Rt 17? ? ) Frank Sloat
