Hello, Elizabeth - The New City (Rockland County, NY) Library has the Millspaugh genealogy, and I checked the index and found several Harrises and Barkleys in the index, and copied a few pages. This one entry looked interesting: "#1238 - Alexander - b. Sept. 4, 1789 d.1832. Constable of Bullville, NY and said to have been the strongest man in Orange Co. m. Lucretia Barkley daughter of James & Mary Barkley, and d.Feb.23,1862. As a widow she m. Thomas Harris April 3, 1834. Family recorded US censi Walklkill,NY 1820; Crawford,NY 1830; widow Newburg, NY 1860 living with son Renwick #12384 and listed as b.1794/5. Children - all B. Thompson Ridge, NY -" (typed as found) Since there are Millspaughs, Harrises and Barkleys in one package, is this maybe the line you want? I'll check again if you have any first names. The book is typewritten, but very clear. If you send me your address privately, I'll send you the five/six pages I copied.
