Since so many of you kind folks have offered to do Orange County lookups, I would really appreciate it if someone could help me find some record of my GGgrandparents. They were Charles Clinton and Alice McCur. Charles, according to family tradition, was descended from either George or DeWitt Clinton. I have had no success finding the McCur name anywhere, have tried McCord, McCue, etc. and I cannot connect Charles to the Clinton family. I thought for a long time that Charles and Alice lived in Little Britain but now I'm not sure. Their daughter Margaret Clinton, my greatgrandmother, was born 9-10-1847, died 10-11-1905, married 1-1-1868 Cornelius Freer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Terri Freer Wilson
