However, you can buy a new one through Hopefarms Press at http://www.hopefarm.com/ for $60.00, according to the website information. I purchased my copy for the same price about three years ago and its is invaluable. I know that a cousin of mine purchased a used copy a few years ago and it did not have the index--while it was an "antique" it would have had more genealogical value if it had the index!
