Hi Orange Co. List: I'm visiting in Ulster Co. for a few days and I plan to check out some of the local libraries and/or genealogical/historical societies in both Ulster and Orange Co's. Does anyone have any experience with any of the libraries, etc., in Orange Co.? (I've been to the Orange Co. Genealogical Society in Goshen as well as the Historical Society in Goshen.) Also, does anyone know the hours of operation of the Minisink Historical Society (?) in Westtown? I checked out the Orange Co. Genweb site and I did not find a link to libraries or historical societies, just the historians. (I have a whole file of this type of information at home but I neglected to bring it with me.) All of the people I am researching were born in the 1700s or very early 1800s.
