The following newspaper wedding announcement was found amount papers I recently acquired from the Brown side of my family. " Wesley Osborn and Miss Annie L. Brown, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William L. Brown, were quietly married at the parsonage of the Christian Temple, at 7:30 o'clock Thursday evening, by Rev. F.A. Heath. The couple were unattended." It goes on to say that "After the ceremony they were driven to the home of the bride's parents, 14 James Street, where a reception was held..." It also says that "Mr. Osborn is a gunsmith employed by J.H. Clearwater." The newspaper clipping had no date or even a hint of what newspaper it came from. I have no other record of this Annie L. Brown or her parents. I only have a vague family "story" of their being Brown relatives in the Newburgh area. I am hoping that someone on this list will recognise the names, the church, the street, or the business and give me a starting point. Thanks, Judy Huska
