Hello List, I'm new to this list and am trying to find info on GGgrandmother Abagail (Abigail) J. Moore born about 1828 probably in Deerpark, Orange Co., NY. Abby (Abbie) J. Moore's father immigrated from Ireland and his first name was either Patrick or William. The family story is that the Moore's lived next door to David Archer (wife Ada Purdy) and their son, Henry Purdy Archer married "the girl next door" -- Abby Moore about 1845.
