This plot of land was set off by the will of Daniel Case dated September 3, 1760 probated May 10, 1761. See deed of Eneas Case to James Carpenter recorded in the Orange County Clerk's office in Goshen. The will is on record at New York City. (Goshen) Daniel Case (Son of Daniel died 1793) died May 1, 1857 in his 77 year Julia wife of Daniel Case, died February 8, 1872 aged 84 years 8 months 19 days Juliette daughter of Daniel and Julia Case died August 26, 1824 in the first year of her life. Sarah E. daughter of Daniel and Julia Case died May 17, 1812 in the 2nd year of her life. Wilmot son of Daniel and Julia Case died May 11, 1823 aged 12 years Virgil B. son of Daniel and Julia Case died January 23, 1832 aged 23 years 10 months Jesse son of Daniel and Julia Case died April 6,1845 aged 31 years Phebe C. wife of John N. Budd and daughter of Daniel and Julia Case, died November 27, 1855 being her 36th birthday. David Case (son of Daniel) died November 2, 1830 in the 76 year of his life Mary wife of David Case (Mary Wells) died June 29, 1830 in the 81st year of her life Olive Belknap wife of Nathan H.
