Hi Beverly, About Buttermilk Falls: I found a Buttermilk Falls Realty in Highland Falls, which is just south of West Point. It must be a local reference, so check churches in Highland Falls. Don't know about the Cemetery of Highlands, Central Valley. It's not in any of the OCGS publications. I have an Isaac Taylor who married Elizabeth Drake c1700s. Elizabeth also married Jeremiah Fowler b.1673 d.Dec. 1723. I don't know much about him, just his name. Is he the same one?
