Greetings from a new Lister! I'm doing research into Mc Gregory Van Every, born 27 April 1723 in "Arent's", Orange County, New York. Haven't a CLUE where that place was. And I have an even more difficult one! I'm looking for a place that was written "Hittekezees", but in the spelling of the early 1700s, anything remotely similar may be just what I'm looking for.
