Folks, I would like your help please with information about the Plains Cemetery in Mt. Hope, NY. I would like to find out if my ancestor Shaw Young 6/6/1778-3/13/1834, his father William Young 3/13/1749-2/22/1802 and his mother Elizabeth Chapman 11/15/1752-1838 and perhaps more of the family that I do not know about might be buried in Plains Cemetery or in other area cemeteries. Bob Raven told me that Shaw Young was probably from the Deerpark section of Mt. Hope, NY. He also said that Greenville is close to Mt. Hope. I would apprecaite any and all help and advise that you can give me. The Young monument in Deansboro Cemetery in Deansboro, NY says that Shaw Young is buried in Mt. Hope, NY. I would like to find out where he is buried, more family history, if there are more Youngs buried there, etc. Thank you all for your help. I appreciate it!!!! Hope all of you have a nice week.
