wis1848 .... I would like to know who in Memphis has helped you . That has got to be the WORST place for getting anything . Elmwood cemetery is the absolute pits . I have had the worst time with them just trying to find out if my ancestor was buried . They kept telling me he was not their . After a year of asking - at intervals - I finally happened on someone who actually looked it up for me and found him . I just recently asked jim to do a look for me for a will record at Memphis library . He told me to contact the Memphis library , that they do those things . Thing is I tried that already & " whoever " at the Library couldnt find it . I figured I would try someone else to see if tht would work out better . Sometimes I think that North - South thing is still going on lol Dont have any desire to even visit Memphis anymore :( Happy Holidays :) sheri
