Lot 54 would be the lot number in the town where the property was located: town of Onondaga, town of Lysander, town of Geddes, etc. A search of the Family History Library catalog entries for Onondaga County, New York at http://www.familysearch.org shows that deed records in book CC were created in 1822-23 and will be found on microfilm #870727. Book U deed records were created 1815-1819 and will be found on microfilm #870723 Hope this helps. Diane Wilson Flynn
