I would like to know where I would write to order a Death Certificate for someone who died in Syracuse in 1928. Also, where should I write to inquire about a will? Sorry if this seems like a stupid question...all of my research so far has been in Maryland and Washington DC. I am familiar with the best places to write to get vital records in these places.
