It has been a long time since I placed a query on this list regarding my search for my unknown cousins. The ROSE family is prominent in early Syracuse history and the Oakwood Cemetery has a significant number of my ancestors in the oldest part of the cemetery. I live in the Cleveland, Ohio area and have only been to Syracuse one time (1993) and had a very stimulating experience when participating in a tour of the old portion of the cemetery - finding numerous of my family graves.
