Kim ~ I went to google.com and in the search box typed "onondaga county public library" and "catalog" (with the quotes): The top hit is: http://www.ocpl.lib.ny.us:8080/ipac20/ipac.jsp?profile-dial#focus [If clicking on this link doesn't work for you, then highlight, copy and paste it into your browser's search box] Typing the words "new york state census" (without the quotes) in the catalog's search box gives 244 hits, some of which actually have to do with the NY State Censuses that were taken between the Federal Censuses. The OCPL has handwritten abstracts of the Onondaga County 1855 census that are far easier and faster to read than the microfilms. The Onondaga Historical Association has indexed many of the Onondaga County State Censuses. Hope this helps. Diane Wilson Flynn
